I. T/T 30% deposit, and balance against copy of B/L

2, what is your minimum order?

It depends on the style you choose. If you do not have any requirements for the materials and colour, the MOQ will be 600-1000pcs. Otherwise, we will calculate the exact minimum quantity based on designated styles. Pls inform us with all your requirements in your inquiry mails.

3, Do you have your own factories?

Tomes has two exclusive-invested bags factories in Quanzhou, Fujian Province. We export all the products from our own factories. For more information about us, pls check ABOUT US

4, Could I get a sample?

Email us all the detailed requirements of samples and a courier account number like DHL, Fedex, UPS, TNT, etc. We will arrange the samples with sample fee. The sample fee will be deducted after following orders.

5, Could you guarantee your quality? How?

For each order, no matter it is small order or big order, we will have our Quality Inspectors to check all the procedures before shipment very carefully. Pls see our Quality Control. The Quality Inspectors will communicate between the factory director and the salesperson. During production, if there is any question or any dispute on quality, the Quality Inspectors will do the report to the people concerned and find a solution about it. It is our principle that we will not ship any unqualified goods to our customers.

6, Do you have any guarantee report for your products?

Normally, we will ask for an International professional inspection agency like ITS, SGS to test our products and issue relative reports for you. However, we will need your help to burden the test charge.

7, How about the delivery time?

It depends on the quantity, styles you order and the forcase of our production department. Normally, it will be around 45days for an common order. If your order is urgent, pls contact us for special proceeding. Anyway, we will try our best to provide you with quality product with best lead time.
